Overview

An intraday strategy that uses the Volume Weighted Average Price as a dynamic fair-value anchor. In a trending intraday session, price tends to pull back to VWAP and resume; the strategy buys dips to VWAP in uptrends and sells rallies to VWAP in downtrends.

Trading Strategy

Entry logic: – Long: session bias bullish (price and VWAP rising, price > opening range), price pulls back to VWAP or the -1σ band and prints a bullish rejection. Enter on close of rejection candle.

• Short: session bias bearish, price rallies to VWAP or +1σ and rejects.

Exit logic: – Exit at the +2σ band (long) / -2σ band (short) or at session close (flat by end of day).

Stop-loss: SL beyond the -1σ/+1σ band or the rejection wick, whichever is wider by a small buffer.

Take-profit: TP at opposing σ band; scale 50% at 1σ move, remainder at 2σ.

Trailing stop: Trail under EMA20 on M5 once price moves 1σ in favor.

Break-even: Break-even after price clears 0.75σ in favor.

Installation Guide

1. Download the .ex4 (MT4) or .ex5 (MT5) file from your purchase delivery.
2. Open MetaTrader, go to File → Open Data Folder.

4. Restart MetaTrader or right-click Expert Advisors in the Navigator and select Refresh.
